Evansville, IN — April 22, 2026 — Fleet Service Partners (FSP), a regional provider of fleet maintenance, equipment, and upfitting solutions, has broken ground on a new facility on Evansville’s north side. The new building is expected to be completed in August 2026, with a ribbon-cutting to follow.
Fleet Service Partners was officially launched in 2025 by Nix Companies, bringing together Indiana Body Works, Elpers Truck Equipment, and Midwest Trailer Sales under one platform.
The combined companies and new facility will allow FSP to bring key operations onto one site, including commercial vehicle paint and collision repair, equipment and upfitting solutions for light- to heavy-duty trucks, trailer sales and service, and parts and accessories. By consolidating these services into a single location, FSP will increase capacity and simplify how customers manage their equipment and fleets.

The new facility will sit alongside an existing operational building at 8136 Baumgart Road in Evansville and will feature 10 large service bays, two 10-ton bridge cranes equipped with four five-ton hoists.
Construction is being led by Key Construction, with financing support from German American Bank.
